is the only manufacturer to offer a steel top with a custom cab-high fit with optional lift-up side doors, Eberhard paddle handles with an OEM style Stratek key cylinder and two stage rotary locks on both sides. The Gemsport Unit is the only top of its kind constructed.
The
Gemsport needs no base trim to cover up all the screws used in fiberglass
tops. We weld our base rails in and they become part of the top. A thick
coat of polyurethane foam insulation is sprayed on the inside roof section
which bonds it to the 16 gauge substructure. The insulation adds extra strength,
acts as a noise barrier, and, most important, prevents condensation. The
electrogalvanized 24 gauge steel surface of each Gemsport is coated with a primer and then a frost white automotive paint is applied similar to your pickup, providing that factory fresh look.
Gemsport's safety locking system, climate-controlling foam insulated roof and UV-filtering windows keep your gear safe and secure in all kinds of conditions.
