GemTop Commercial Tonneau Cover has been created with the professional
in mind. Its steel tough construction starts with 17 gauge steel,
which is first electrogalvanized, primered, and finally covered in a frost
white polyester paint for the finishing touch. This is the same high quality
process found on all GemTop products. The substructure of the doors
are built out of 1" square tubing and heliarc welded, bonded, and riveted
into the 17 gauge door skin. The mounting frame is built from heavy
duty T-profile aluminum, which is heliarc welded in all four corners. This
gives support from the inside and top of the bed rails, which makes installation
a snap with the Tite-Lok clamps provided.

Commercial Tonneau Cover has the largest door opening in the
industry, which opens to a full 45 degrees on both sides, allowing you
easy access to all of your valuable storage space. Our exclusive
full length double hinge will keep the doors working smoothly. You
will also get the convenience of full access from your tailgate with the
tonneau up or down. To secure your valuable cargo, we offer a single T-handle per side with a
Strattec key cylinder as standard equipment. The T Handle operates
two Eberhard rotary latches on each door. Both doors use two gas
props to assist in opening. For further security, we include an inside
